My Motivation for Today

Today is day two of my get more sleep streak. I got ready for the morning before heading out to exercise. I tried to do all the things I do to get ready for bed earlier in the day. So last night I did a Dance Party Wii game to make up for the Zumba class that was cancelled, synced my fitbit, took a shower and went to bed. So I was sleeping before 10pm and I got my six hours.

I need to plan for getting enough sleep like I plan for exercise. So in the two days I have been working on this I have done pretty well.

My NSV one of the secretaries at work yesterday came over to me and commented on my weight loss, but added how much younger I look. Woo Hoo for grandmother of 3.

I am a work in progress

    Thanks for reminding me... I did get a comment about looking younger, though I'm not a grandma yet. Eating well and exercising has so many NSV.

Could you tell me about the fitbit and what all it does, cost, and if it's really worth purchasing in your opinion?
