My Motivation for Today

Today is day two of my get more sleep streak. I got ready for the morning before heading out to exercise. I tried to do all the things I do to get ready for bed earlier in the day. So last night I did a Dance Party Wii game to make up for the Zumba class that was cancelled, synced my fitbit, took a shower and went to bed. So I was sleeping before 10pm and I got my six hours.
I need to plan for getting enough sleep like I plan for exercise. So in the two days I have been working on this I have done pretty well.
My NSV one of the secretaries at work yesterday came over to me and commented on my weight loss, but added how much younger I look. Woo Hoo for grandmother of 3.
