Well yesterday I wrote about not wanting to go to the gym .. now .. I didn't go .. however I did ...
Shovel the driveway, move furniture in my daughter's room .. (she being 16 needed to switch it up) ... vacuum the upstairs floor of our house ...
And when I entered all of that activity in the fitness tracker .. it works out that I am more than halfway to my weekly exercise minutes goal and have surpassed my weekly calories burned!!
I learned from this .. that even if I want to skip a day at the gym .. I can always look for cleaning and chores to do around the house to give me those minutes and opportunities to burn calories..
In a nutshell,, Exercise doesn't always need to happen in a gym.. my lesson for the day! And my house is all the cleaner for it!!!
