I walked before teaching school and then also counted my time walking while at school. I've exceeded my monthly fitness minutes goal of 1000 and have three days more (today inckluded). It feels like a stay inside morning, so I'll just grab my elastic band and do some strength/stretching exercises for flexibility. I have plans to go out to dinner tonight with other band moms. Our kids play in the high school band, and so many of the moms get really close and miss seeing each other at the football games, so they get together once a month after football/marching season. This marks my first time to attend tonight. I've been a member of the group since last May, but circumstances have prevented me from going. Not tonight! I think it will be fun. I think the next thing I'll work on is bread. The main bread I eat comes from hamburgers, which I love. I've come to like the whole wheat buns when I make them at home. Step two commences today.
