I started back my P90X program, but decided this time around that I would print a table with all the 90 days programs, then scratch it off as I get it done. Marvellous! This way, if I skip a day because of the XYZ that constantly seem to get in the way, I can get right back into the action. Says who that I have to finish P90X in 90 days, I'm sure they didn't have the mom of 5 in mind Ha HA!! So one day at a time.
Loved that Kenpo though, punch, punch, kick, kick - made me feel strong!!!
