Can't sleep

I know i have to be up early to take my daughter to hospital,but I can't sleep. I weighed myself already and lost 1 lb. That is better than gaining. It will get better!

  I have the same problem this morning (I have been up since 1:45am). What has helped me in the past, and I am trying to get back in the habit, is walking daily. I used to walk at least 1 mile and sometimes 3-5 on the weekends. I felt great, lost weight and slept like a baby. Good luck and congrats on losing 1 lb.

    I have sleeping problems all the time. Right now it is 5am and I have not even gone to bed. Just not tired yet. I know that all the information says to make sure you get enough sleep. This is my Biggest obstacle and I don't know what to do to get that sleep in. If you happen to have some good ideas that you use to sleep on other occasion, I would love to hear what works for you other times
