I'm finding using the nutrition tracker frustrating as it seems like it's set up more for American's than anywhere else. So, I'm using my fitness pal more for that as that seems a lot more Australian friendly.

However, the exercise I think I've gotten sorted now. I'm so happy when I see someone has already listed what I'm doing as I get so confused.

I had to laugh. I had a sandwich for dinner. It took me back to when my friend Bonnie came over from the States and ordered a chicken sandwich. She was shocked when that's what she got instead of the chicken burger she was expecting. A sandwich to us is something between two pieces of bread.

It's incredibly rare that I eat bread at all and that's probably my quota of bread for the month if not the next 2.

But, Flame and I have been doing well. We finished our 3rd zombie mission today. I tell myself right we're just going to do 10 minutes and then get caught up in the app and find myself heading home 30 minutes later.

I've got back pain when I'm walking but I expect that will fade as we keep doing it. I'm a little worried about the knee but again I'll just keep an eye on it.

8 weeks until Japan and China. 8 weeks to lose 8 kg. Easy.

    I agree that the SP site takes some getting used to, and it is frustrating when many of the foods listed are packaged or take-out products that are just not available in Australia or listed in imperial measurements. But I have got used to it now, especially because I have entered my own recipes. When looking for ingredients, if it is proving difficult I check and compare the entries calorieking.com.au I like SP best because all the tools appear to be more integrated.
