Tonight...as I watched The Biggest Loser on tv I decided to read a few blogs of my own from when I first started April 2010 on SparkPeople. It was interesting to see where I was at with my weight/mindset/goals...etc. I laughed at one blog when I said I am no longer going to track my nutrition on here (after only 3 days) because I know that I am overeating and I have the knowledge to keep myself going and I could be doing 10 minutes of exercise insteading of logging my food using the nutrition tracker....WOW....the nutrition tracker to me now is like gold! I can maintain my weight without using the nutrition tracker....but I know that when I want to lose more weight I need to log my food.
It was good to read a few past blogs just to remind myself how far I have already come and to not let myself slide backwards....ever!
