So my goals for BLC 21 are this:
****be a size 10
To do this I plan to do and ROCK OUT my RevAbs..and I just added on a squat challenge for all of February. Doing this along with other forms of ST will help me tone and lean out. Do kettlebell and up my weight used for ST..plan to get to some reps with 20lbs dumbbells by end of round. To lose 10lbs I plan to continue to eat and make healthy food choices, drink at least 10glasses of water daily as much as possible,drink shakeology daily, and continue to up my freggie intake. I want to incorporate at least on meatless day a week...would say meatless Mondays cuz it rhymes plus it's a good kickoff to the week. In paying it forward I plan to bring as many sparkfriends that I can along on my mini challenges.. The more the merrier I say. I plan to celebrate my NSVs cuz they are just as impprtant as the BIG scale victories. And I'm at a point where I'm gonna only LOVE & EMBRACE my body..no more self loathing. That's not helpful or healthy in my journey. Only positive energy here. Hence my girl on FIYAH...That girl is HOT..SMOKING and I'm almost there too my friends :)
Well there's my plans for BLC 21 all summed up,layed out and put forth for me to be held accountable for...LET'S DO THIS!!!!
