Well, the weekend didn't fare so well in the exercise department... just too many activities planned and none of them involved exercise! But ... the good news... I didn't have any change in weight. Well, I may have. I usually weigh-in in the morning and today I weighed in at night, so there may have been a slight change, but not enough for me to get excited about. I really need to get back to my daytime workouts.... I really think I'm going to try a few classes next week. I think I'll start with the basic cycling class... let's see how that goes..
