So I started a Pilates class January 7,2013 and when I went to class today, I was able to do all the exercises! Before it was hard for me to keep my head elevated for all the movements but today I felt strong! I have a bad back so Pilates has been great to get my core into shape and to have better posture! My back is still a little sore tonight, hopefully a good night's rest will help!
