Tried and got it done

Yesterday I said I was going to try and workout. Well, I got it done. I did 36 minutes of various exercises and it felt so good. Today I biked 24 minutes with no knee or leg pain at all. I will continue to exercise but I will take it easy and build on it every day. I am so happy to be breaking a sweat again!
