The idea of trying to see myself at the end of the 12 weeks for the Biggest Loser Challenge is a bit to contemplate. Where do I want to be by the end of the challenge?
I see myself as being more aware of the foods I am consuming and into a regular exercise routine that will help me continue on my health and weight loss journey.
I will be out of the 200 pounds range and back into the 190s! That, in and of itself, is a fantastic goal!!
Mainly I see myself as better equipped to take on the rest of my goals! I see myself as being stronger for having the experience of being able to partake in the Biggest Loser Challenge and well rewarded by having met so many wonderful team mates along the way!
This challenge is something I am happy to have the opportunity to take part in. I am thrilled to have the chance to make the changes I need to make in my life while receiving such fantastic support!
