I am so proud of what you accomplished during BLC 21. You have managed to get your eating under control. I watched you take time to plan meals and shop for healthy food, you even limiedt the number of times you ate out. You have lost 13 pounds, that's a 5% loss. Slow and steady wins the race. Some of your slacks are getting a bit baggy, time for a shopping trip.
I know that your knees and back haven't exactly been at peak condition. You have not been able to go to the gym according to your old schedule but you have put together 5, 10 and even 20 minutes working out at home with DVD's, your Wii and kettlebells. I know that your determination will keep you pushing and as the pounds continue to drop it will be easier for you to get back to a daily fitness routine.
I encourage you to continue moving toward your goal at a rate that works for you. Keep in mind that you are not perfect and there will be some disappointments along the way. Those low moments will make the high points of your journey shine brighter. I believe that you can do this and I am cheering you on.
