Day 106

Well, here it is a Monday night. As I sit here, I can't help but think about the fact that normally I would be whipped from a butt kickin in the gym. However, still not working out. I am happy to say that I am starting to feel more like myself, so I must be healing. The kids were out of school today, thankfully they go back tomorrow. Tami is going to the gym tomorrow morning, I may tag along and do some light cardio, just to get my body moving a little. I know that I can't push it so that won't even cross my mind. No strength training for sure, that is not in the cards for a few more weeks. I made my wonderful spicy turkey meatballs for dinner tonight and we have enough leftover to use tomorrow night in a spaghetti.

    Glad to see continued improvement, if you did go to the gym today I hope it went well and that you were able to control your desire to kick butt! lol

    Tip on the treadmill from Chris on Extreme Makeover Weight loss, put it a 1 degree so it is effective. Otherwise it's not as effective as walking outside, it's up and down levels.

    Yep, you can do the treadmill at no higher then 3 mph's while I'm doing the elliptical. Love you and don't want to see you over do it. I know, be quiet mommy. emoticon emoticon
