Today was a pretty good day. Diet wise it wasn't as good as I would like. Fortunately it wasn't a disaster either. I had some extra snackage I wasn't planning on, but not terrible. I'm looking forward to tomorrow. Tomorrow is not on my "great diet day" list, but I will still try to be a good girl anyway. This week I'm up to three days of "great diet days". I may take next week to do 3 days again before I work on a 4th day. Doing this gradually is what will help me be successful. If I do it slowly I won't even notice the change. Hope everyone had a wonderful Monday!!!!
