You stuck with it - made it through the 12 weeks, tracked and exercised to a better you. I hope you are enjoying where you are at and having fun. Those are the most important things. Yes you wanted to lose weight, but even if you didn't you stuck with the program and tried your best. Looks at the friends you are making on the journey. Sometimes the struggle is easier when you have someone to share it with. Hopefully you learned important lessons that can be used moving forward.
