Back from a little leave of absence :)

So I haven't really been on here very much...mostly because life just happens right!?

Just been busy with work...BUT I've still been keeping up on my workouts and eating right! I'm down about 8 pounds! Which feels GREAT! Last week went and worked out...ran 2.5 miles!! I was so proud of myself and felt awesome after that workout...then about an hour later I got the chills really bad and just felt crappy! So tried to eat something...helped a little..went to bed early. Woke up at 1 am and hurt to breathe...great lol. So after battling within myself got up and went to the hospital. After a 2 hour visit everything is OK medically...just gave me some nausea drugs. Think I over did it just a little...which is what I thought it was..just wanted to make sure nothing else was going on.

So took it easy last week. Now I'm ready to get back at it. Watched the Biggest Loser tonight and during the commercials I did jumping jacks, squats, lunges, running in place, sit ups...anything to keep moving. Yesterday snowed a little bit here (inch or 2) so instead of using our BRAND NEW snowblower...i shoveled the whole driveway by myself. Took about an hour...but wanted a chance to get outside and do something! Winter in MN is no fun!

Also found out my sister has PCOS...so think I might have it too. Just more of a motivation to keep all this up! Especially since we want to start a family here soon! (and so does my sister...so hoping we can motivate one another :)

Hope everyone else is having a great week!!
