Today I went to lunch with my friend to an Asian restaurant. I forgot my phone at the office that has my SP app on it (where I check food calories). I started out very good with a huge salad and small amount of dressing. Then I figured I would have Generals Tso chicken, about the amount of a large chicken breast. I thought it would be a little high in calories, but I would cut back on dinner. WOW!! That chicken was probably more than I should have eaten all day. Huge lesson for me! If I don't know the calories of a food and I don't have my app...I should just not guess.
