weekends ugh

Well I completely bombed this weekend. I over indulged and I paid the price on the scale this morning. But I ate very good today and I exercised hard. Hopefully the scale will be kind tomorrow. I hate battling to lose 3 to 5 pounds that I gain over the weekends. I would be so much further ahead if I could just get through the weekend without gaining weight. This is when I think single life would pay off. No temptations no sabotage just me and the gym and weight loss.
