On January 18th I joined my local gym. I've been going 5 or more times a week.
I've found that going after work is a great way to de-stress. Doing a mile or 2 on the treadmill and strength training really help me let go from all the stress of the day.
Today I tried the Zumba and TAG (thighs, abs, glutes)classes. They were fun!
I'll definately be back next Monday for more.
I'm very sore though.....we will see if I can push through and make it to the gym tomorrow night after work lol.
