Today was a beautiful day here in Florida. It was Monday so I decided it was time to get back into Sparking. Somewhere in between Thanksgiving and Christmas I got side tracked. I didnít even log into Spark People. So today I started Sparking again.
During my hiatus from Spark, I noticed that my leg muscle pains and joint pains had returned. While I was actively Sparking, I made sure I walked every day (even if it was for only 5 minutes). I made sure every morning I did a set of stretches and watched my calorie counts. I regained 8 pounds during this break from Spark. Iím not very happy about that but Iím glad I didnít gain more. The main goal I have is to feel better and not hurt so much. So today I re-entered the Spark world.
One of the first things I did when I returned to Spark was read some blogs. One of my favorite bloggers wrote a blog about blogging. With her encouraging words I decided to write this, my first blog. Iím kind of amazed that I did because I used all the excuses for not writing that she mentioned in her blog. This is scary, but I will post it.
