It's already the end of January and I have done NOTHING to start a weight loss effort! I have been on SparkPeople a few times but not enough! I have been sick and didn't feel like making good meals and my excuses go on and on. But I just hate picking out clothes to wear each day because they are all tight, I hate thinking about how bad my feet hurt, I hate how tired I get just trying to keep up with the kids. UGH! I need a clean slate and I need to just get going!

    I'll tell you what someone told me a long time ago and I think about it several times a day. It helps to keep me motivated. "If you're tired of starting over, stop giving up." It's hard and it takes baby steps to meet your goal, but you can do it. Stop spending time making excuses and use that time to plan a healthy meal, walk around the block or do a Sparkpeople video. The results will come.
