Loving Myself Challenge: Day 11

It's Monday and I am back in the swing of things! I am back to logging my foods and trying to make sure I stay within my goals.

I am also making an effort to read more articles that promote weight loss and give me tips.

1. I read 2 articles today about strategies for weight loss
2. I tracked my foods
3. I took a nap when I had a migraine today... I really needed it.
4. I'm working on my water intake... about to go drink a glass now!
5. Walked on the treadmill for > 30 mins.

Thing to work on:

The eating system I am using does not use basic calories... so I need to be very careful to count them before I eat to make sure I am within my limits.
*If I go over, I will make sure I AT LEAST do 430 mins of exercise that day.
The next day, I will START over brand new.
Will eat 3 fruit/veggies tomorrow.

I'm going to work on staying within the limits/goals THIS WEEK! I want to see a loss of AT LEAST 2 pounds! :)

**I did an hour workout and got my 10,000+ steps in (11,000 something actually) and ate broccoli and an orange.

    Great job! Sorry to hear about your migraines. Ouch.

Today...well, I binged, but here are good things I did too...

1. I worked out this morning.
2. I had a phone session with an eating disorders coach and got some good strategies.
3. I made healthy veggies.
4. I got onto SP even after binging to own up to it.
5. I set out my workout gear for tomorrow.
