Body Rockin' in the house tonight

So today I completed day two of my get back on track workout plans. I have discovered this great workout app for Android that has all these phenomenal (and tough) workout videos FOR FREE!!! It is called I did a "your Shape" workout in the morning on the Wii but I wanted to do a little more tonight after I got home from work.
SO I tried a few workouts on Body rock. I like that I can replay the video if I want more sets of just do the video once. I did the videos once.

I started out with the Killer Six Pack abs video from their HiitCore series. All I can say is WOW. I was challenged with this one. I have to say that I personally found it to be as difficult or more than the Ab ripper X from P90X. It was a five minute video that you can re-play for more sets. I looked at a few more videos and found them to be a bit difficult for me so I didn't do them.

I also did the Fit Test-FiitBody #3 video. I am SO out of shape from this one. There were twelve different exercises and you are supposed to do as many as you can of each exercise in 50 seconds and them go on to the next one. I was out of breath after the first one but I kept on going. I did all twelve. A couple of them I only managed to get a few reps out of them. I am supposed to go back to the Fit test in 30 days and see how my results change.

Here are my Day 1 results.
1) Squat Jumps: 29/50 Seconds
2) Push ups: 19/50 Seconds (Had to do these on knees)
3) Burpees: 10/50 Seconds
4) High Knees: 70/50 Seconds
5) Switch lunges: 26/50 Seconds
6) High Jumps: 19/50 Seconds
7) Tricep Dips: 15/50 Seconds
8) Surfboards: 22/50 Seconds
9) Half Burpee with Monkey: 8/50 Seconds
10) Switch Jumps: 3/50 Seconds
11) Side Lunge: 22/50 Seconds
12) Frog Jumps: 13/50 Seconds

I am hoping that my results will improve in 30 days. I am not certain on the videos that I need to do with their program but I think that even if I do some sort of exercising I should hopefully improve in 30 days.
