Monday 1-28-12

February just around the corner.

Skimmed through a bit over calorie today.

45 minute walk at a quick rate. They had trouble
and was limping after my walk, actually ended
at 45 because I could hardly walk. Weird. Limped
to the ladies room, then came out and massaged it
with my shoe off. Was able to walk better after that,
still bothered me a bit. NOw it's great. Never know
there was anything wrong with it. Weird... Getting OLD!

Mall in the AM. Then to lunch with a GF who treated me to
Red Lobster. I had shrimp on skewers; green beans & broccoli
and 2 cheddar biscuits with water & lemon.

With 2 biscuits it was only 443 calories! 44 carbs;
17 fat & 22 protein. emoticon

Came home and resting up. Want to go walk again
tonight at wal-mart but I best stay off that ankle
till tomorrow.

Ebay up to $268. THANK YOU LORD!

    Honey had a similar event and was on a walker for 24 hours...then...nothing. He's been back to normal since...after x-rays and pain med and worry...
Just hang in there...but if it happens again...get to a doctor. Keep Sparkin'!!!
