Working on what works

I'm working on what works: all the positive habits I did during my "ski slope" phase. I planned my meals ahead, shopped smart (based on the week's meals), and stayed within my calorie range. The secret to my success was not filling up with starchy carbs (rice, pasta, bread). I even had 5 servings of fruits & veggies.

Tonight is Biggest Loser! I hope to get some new golden nuggets of motivation.

    You are right, I need to pick myself up by the bootstraps and do that too. My motivation has not been as good as it was before The Holidays, and it shows in my lack of progress. I haven't even been drinking all my water.

I will reform starting RIGHT NOW! (Thanks for the kick in the butt)
