I'm working on what works: all the positive habits I did during my "ski slope" phase. I planned my meals ahead, shopped smart (based on the week's meals), and stayed within my calorie range. The secret to my success was not filling up with starchy carbs (rice, pasta, bread). I even had 5 servings of fruits & veggies.
Tonight is Biggest Loser! I hope to get some new golden nuggets of motivation.
