Visualizing myself in 12 weeks

A. I see myself at least 8lbs thinner - hopefully 12.
How I am working toward accomplishing this is by:

1. Logging everything I eat into my tracker every single day.
2. Planning my meals ahead of time so that when I come home from work tired I am not having to figure out what I am going to cook that night. It also makes grocery shopping easier.
3. Exercising daily - either cardio, strength or yoga.
4. By participating in group challenges to keep me on track and motivated and help to motivate others toward their goals.

B. I see myself more confident in who I am and what I can do if I put my mind to it.
C. I see myself in a nice pair of Jeans with lots of bling on them. emoticon

This journey is not just for 12 weeks. It is a permanent lifestyle change. One that means I will be healthier, live longer, have more energy to do the things I want.

I will be doing a 5k a week by the end of this 12 weeks and I will continue to make that a part of my weekly routine.

I will continue to foster the friendships I have made on SparkPeople and my goal is to actually meet a few of my buddies that live or visit in my area.

    Deb - the OLD Deb is BACK! You sound so motivated, I'm so proud of the way you've bounced back into the swing of things!

Can't wait to see where you're at in 12 weeks - I'm SURE you'll be where you want to be because I've seen you at your best when you're cookin' on all burners!
