Visualizing myself in 12 weeks

A. I see myself at least 8lbs thinner - hopefully 12.
How I am working toward accomplishing this is by:
1. Logging everything I eat into my tracker every single day.
2. Planning my meals ahead of time so that when I come home from work tired I am not having to figure out what I am going to cook that night. It also makes grocery shopping easier.
3. Exercising daily - either cardio, strength or yoga.
4. By participating in group challenges to keep me on track and motivated and help to motivate others toward their goals.
B. I see myself more confident in who I am and what I can do if I put my mind to it.
C. I see myself in a nice pair of Jeans with lots of bling on them.
This journey is not just for 12 weeks. It is a permanent lifestyle change. One that means I will be healthier, live longer, have more energy to do the things I want.
I will be doing a 5k a week by the end of this 12 weeks and I will continue to make that a part of my weekly routine.
I will continue to foster the friendships I have made on SparkPeople and my goal is to actually meet a few of my buddies that live or visit in my area.
