Not much to talk about. Bill gave Roxy a bath with dandruff shampoo . Hoping that will help her itching.
It was every man for himself. I made some more slaw and kept better track of how much I put in it. It makes a large bowl. Enough for 2 large servings. Then i made some yellow rice and opened some black beans. 1 cup of rice and 1/2 cup of beans makes plenty for one person. Beans and rice were 310. Cole slaw was 165 but it made a lot. I will probably eat it tomorrow or later as a snack.
Bagged up up leftovers and put in freezer so I won't get into it again
We are watching another wild movie with Van Damme and Dolph Lundgren. They are soldiers that liked each other in war.Goverment turned them into cyborgs. van Damme is good guy and Dolph has turned crazy. Movie is called Universal Soldier.
We are suppose to get some record high temps this week. Weather is great here.
Hope you had a good day

  Hi Eleni......
I taped an episode of Dr. Oz yesterday and then watched it later last night. At the very end of it, they were talking about the various uses of Apple Cider Vinegar. A woman had her dog with her and said that when the dog had problems with itching, she would put a diluted solution of the Apple Cider Vinegar wherever the dog was scratching. It is natural (no chemicals) and it worked better than anything else she had tried. It was 1/2 c. of the vinegar to 1 cup of water. If the dandruff shampoo doesn't work, maybe you can try this.
Our weather here was Thunder Storms last night (in January!), 60 degrees today, and up to 6 inches of snow tomorrow followed by below zero temps. Never a dull moment!!!

We call those FFY--Fend For Yourself--meals. I cook one good meal a day (usually supper) and it's FFY for the other two! My husband will be in bed before 8 PM and is usually up around 3 AM. I'm the opposite--up till 1 or 2 AM and sleep till 9 or 10 AM.

Hope the dandruff shampoo helped Roxy, poor baby!

Nice meal Eleni and you're so wise to freeze leftovers!
I think I saw that movie a long time ago, never see those actors any more or maybe they're still making movies but they aren't on TV??
