I declare a Redo!

Monday, January 28, 2013

I have been very ill since a week from this past Sunday. The entire week I was in bed, or in my case on the couch, and slept most of the time. I didn't have the flu, but a cold that got really nasty. I'm much better now, and am working to get my endurance back up.

So, I will begin the 28 day Bootcamp over again, starting tomorrow morning. I am hoping to start exercising with something easy and move up to cardio within a week. I hope I can make it through the entire month this time.

Isn't life grand? It allows for many re-dos.

Good luck on your weight loss journey.

I hope you feel better soon.

You are smart to start slow. Yes you feel much better, but the body, even thought it is an amazing machine, still needs time.
