I ate pretty well this weekend, didn't have any sweets but also didn't get any walking or jogging in. I even went only slightly over my calories when dining out with friends this weekend. I EVEN managed to serve dessert to everyone else at a family gathering last night and NOT have any of it. (Even though it was homemade cupcakes and ice cream.) When It's been a month with no sugar, maybe I can have a cupcake. Maybe. I want to seriously get down to that once or twice a month being it for sweet treats. And really, I shouldn't have any if I want to reach my Decade Goal.
Today, I've eaten well, had no sugar, walked the stairs 5 times and also got in a 1-mile walk break around the block. GO ME! Tomorrow I might even do a SparkPeople workout in the morning... Or maybe I'll save that for Wednesday since I know I'll be up late tonight and I'd rather sleep in. :) I'm down 6 pounds since the beginning of December. So that's 3/4 of a pound a week average and I want to up it to 1 pound a week. Better walk tomorrow too!
