To my thinner self,
I am feeling harried and a bit like a failure at this. I haven't been giving it my all like I want to do. One of the reason I like the team I am part of is because they encourage participation not perfection. I have trouble with this because I am an all or nothing kind of gal. So one goal I hope to achieve from this is that it is better to participate some and not be perfect than to not participate at all. I hope to break out of the 260's permanently during all this. I will see you in a few weeks and be a happier healthier me.
