MY C.A.M.O.21 Goal Board-Special Ops

Monday, January 28, 2013

Here's my GOAL board for our Special Ops.
It's my vision for my plan for success in this round (21) of BLC and C.A.M.O. Crew!

It might be hard to read but my ACTIONS are: Clean Eat, Set time limits, FOCUS on what I am doing, Report to THE CREW every day!, ZUMBA, Better sleep habits (also, run like I stole something, and box like a champion!).

The little note under me holding my second granddaughter is that she is the second from the left in the picture below and is nearly NINE!

My weekly goals: Drink water like a mad woman, sleep at least 7 hours a night, three ST sessions and three interval sessions, eat clean.

The words in my pictures remind me that: "Everything You're running away from is in your head", "You are wonderfully made", In moments of doubt close your eyes and imagine yourself a year from now then get back to work", and that note on the scale says; "Created in HIS image".

Lots to motivate and encourage me on the way to my goals!! emoticon
