this is from Bottom Line Healthy new letter

the cancer fighter that's more powerful than green tea and red wine combined....

emoticon not coffee but hot cocoa....

with out going into a lot of details chocolate has more Phenols and Flavonoids than green tea or red wine...but it has a lot of fat and calories...but a cup of cocoa has less than 1 gram of saturated fat ...and it taste yummy too..

so something that is good for us and most people like.....

finding all kind of interesting health articles.....

have a healthy day.....

That's great to know. I often heat some chocolate almond milk and drink it as hot chocolate. It sure tastes good!

I use un-sweetened cocoa all the time.

I mix into cottage cheese to make pudding, put in my porridge as well thats so wonderful.

hmmmm.. I decided to try a teaspoon of cocoa for my health. I did it faithfully for 4 months. When I had my blood tested my triglycerides were off the chart. Needless to say, so much for the cocoa.

I love hot cocoa. But I will admit that I usually use a pre-packaged one. I should make my own from scratch!
