Ideal Protein Week 2

It was another long week, but it was worth it once again! I lost 4.4 lbs and another 2 inches of my belly.
I'm still in the learning phase of this program, and this week I learned that all IP products are not created equal. I bought a box of oatmeal, not realizing it was a 'restricted' product (ie. higher in carbs). My daily snack is the vanilla crispy square, which is also restricted. Oops! A little too many carbs a few days this week. I think having those 2 higher carb products earlier in the day also contributed to being starving for the rest of the day.
I am really struggling with hunger at work, and I don't know if it's because I used to eat junk & drink diet pepsi at work, or if I'm truly hungry. I'm so hungry when I get home that I'm ready to gnaw my arm off! I'm not hungry in the evenings after supper, but to be honest I'm pretty lethargic in the evenings. I'm going to switch up my routine and have another snack in the afternoon and see if that helps.
I was trying to be 'on plan' by using the Walden Farms dressing, but the truth is, I hate it. It's so thin and watery! So I just didn't eat as much veggies as I was supposed to. I talked it over with my coach and I decided to go back to a regular light dressing. I am going to be on this program for a long time, so I have got to make it work.
BIG ACCOMPLISHMENT: I went 2 weeks without a diet pepsi, after having 2-6 per day. I had one on my last day of week 2, and it wasn't even that enjoyable. Yay! I don't feel one bit guilty about the money I'm spending on IP because I was spending more on groceries + lunches at work + diet pepsi
