Tired of being sick

Monday, January 28, 2013

I have never been so sick in my life. I feel like everytime we get over something I get hit with something else. over a week I have been dealing with a cold first it was sneezing and a light runny nose now its all the time running or stopped up and my sinus hurt. I feel like my sinus cavities are dry rubbing . I of course have a headach from all the blowing. I have to keep tissues by me. at home I have a tissue box in every room. my hands are so dry from all the handwashing and using hand sanitizer but im trying to keep everyone else from getting it. Ive drank a bunch of orange juice but its still hanging on . i dont feel any better or worse I just am sick. No temp I do think im going to take some tylenol. the last few days I dont have much taste for food I really dont have much of a appititie most of what ive been eatting is because it is handed to me. Im use to never getting sick or just getting one cold a year this is just crazy.
so with being sick i havent worked out. I just dont have it in me.
I had a great time saturday going to see the country wife play. I plan to go back and watch others. it would have been a wonderful day but my cold was a hamber I had to keep going to the bathroom to blow my nose. I really think the lack of sleep has something to do with this sickness I just am not getting enough rest. But it was great to spend some time with friends and william and no kids.
we had a ice storm last night so the kids had a 2 hour delay. calling for more bad weather latter this week. I really hope i do not have to drive in it. the snow is one thing but ice is something else.
