Since I really was so happy about the end of my day, I am now stealing my post I posted on the Mini Challenge Team just now. We are watching our Sodium intake this week, so that gave me a lot to reflect upon and this is what I had to say about it......"So now I am checking sodium on food labels. Here is a breakthrough moment for today: We had very bad weather coming, so what I usually do to keep my sanity (I am terrified of driving in the snow!!!!!).... I stop at a gas station, fill up the car, get a big cup of coffee and a snack for the way home. I find comfort in food, duh. So now I am standing there, with my coffee in hand, sifting through all my favorite snow storm snacks.... kettle chips, CheezIts, Pringles, Honey Mustard Pretzels..... and since I couldn't find anything with low sodium levels, I walked over to the trail mixes. And there I found unsalted nut and seed mix with 15 mg. Sodium per serving. HA!!!! I had no idea! So I bought that, and logged it, it only "cost" me 280 snack calories and I sang all the way home... like a bird.... eating seed....... Ta-daaaaah."
