Im feeling pretty good right now.
Im back on track and I've eliminated a few foods that I thought were okay but turned out to be not so good, such as the hummus I was eating turned out to have 11 grams of fat per 2 tablespoons!
I dont know how or why I thought this (maybe I was thinking of a different brand?) but I thought it was 3 grams of fat per 2 tablespoons lol So thats gone and so are a few other things like that.
Im trying to remember to think as food as fuel. And if itdoesnt help (fuel) me its hurting my progress.
Ive found a nice schedule,
monday, tuesday, thursday, friday, saturday are exercise days. Sunday and wednesday rest days.
Sundays are going to be my weigh ins.
After TOM I was 231lbs :/ Yesterday I weighed in at 227.4 so thats nice, Im feeling less bloated. I just can not wait to get back down to under 200. ugh.
But Im working hard, and the harder I work the more energy I have and the easier it becomes.
