So this is the first time I have wrote on a blog. I have seen them in movies & heard them being talked about but never took the time to make one. I just started Sparkpeople & I'am really excited about it. I use to cheer in highschool & was always in shape but after graduating & getting married things started to change. Quite frankly I'am tired of it..lol! I have only been on sparkpeople for 3 days & today was a little trying. I had no food in the house suitable for a diet & I was hungry so I broke down & ate something that I Knew I shouldn't. Soo I felt pretty defeated for a couple hours UNTIL I was searching the web & found Zumba on Youtube. I had been wanting to try it but not in front of a bunch of people & I didn't want to buy it incase I didn't like it. Turns out they have a ton of zumba videos to a lot of my favorite songs. I was sooo excited, I did 30 minutes of zumba & burned 125 cal. I felt great. So for a day that didn't start out to great turned around. I just have to not let one bad choice stop my diet all together, I have to move past it & try to do better tomorrow. So my plans tomorrow is to bump up my time doing zumba & try to eat better. wish me some beginners luck.
