Hi My friends!
I am slowly learning with the help of all of you and of spark Coach.
I have to keep accurate in my weight and inches, this helps control the Nutrition guidelines that spark sets in your nutrition tracker. It also helps if you can keep your fitness training as accurate as possible as well.
I went in and set everything as it measured this morning, and low and behold.
The tracker increased my calories, etc.
So again I have to eat more. Ok, I am slowly learning and it will eventually sink into my thick skull.
I also ordered and received my Fitbit today. Setting it up to track my fitness and hopefully give me that extra boost to get moving. It will!

Competition can be healthy! LOL!
So lets get moving my friends! I challenge you and in turn challenge myself to get more active and track those steps and activities.
Let's learn no matter how slowly about being honest with ourselves and staying on track.
