You can do this! Small steps in the right direction are better than large ones in the wrong direction.
some idea's to help you with your water consumption is add some fruit for flavour, draw lines on your bottle and write times so by 10am you have to have drank to that line of water etc etc, or tell yourself you need to consume half the bottle by your lunch and half by dinner.
