Well, another week completed in my TF rotation. I see I am a work in progress and need to improve, but am proud of my workouts. I need to try harder on the weekends when I'm not in my regular routine, and find it harder to workout. I have "more time", but I really don't, I have to get all the things done from during the week that don't get done. I have to fit family time in, and this weekend, was my son's birthday party. Over all, I did good with workouts during the week... foodwise... I have much work to do in that area. I have been trying to limit sugar.. and then it hit me this week that Lent is the day before Valentine's Day
... I give up soda/sweets for Lent!! That lead me down a bad path all week with having to sneak some treats here.
I signed up for WW online this morning. I did so well when I was doing WW a few years ago, and decided I needed to change things up... counting caloires is not working right now... especially when I have holidays/parites. I like couting the points and having extra that you can bank for those special events. I hope it helps.
Monday: HIIT25, Sculpt30, 30 min treadmill, 50 squats
Tuesday: 1/2 45EZ (not feeling like I had enough energy)
Wednesday: HIIT15, 50 squats
Thursday: Tone30, Core20, 50 squats, 45 min treadmill
Friday: Rest day
Saturday: 9 hours errands/cleaning/making food for the party
Sunday: rest day
Summary: 6 TF workouts, 2 days on the treadmill, 3 days of squats
Not too bad... wish I would've had one more day in there for workouts.
This upcoming week is week 4...which means I'll be taking measurements at the end of the week. I'm going to try to fit in 5 days of real workouts.
