Back to the running..

Have started a training program that should have be running a 5k in a decent time. It is set out with three runs a week but I am trying to fast track and I have a bit of a base level of fitness so I did the first two sessions. Out for an hour and feeling better than when I was trying to run on my own.

Some times it is worth going back to basics
