So after almost an entire month of lifestyle change for my husband and myself, I am pleased with the results. I haven't really gotten much recognition, but I've only lost about 5 lbs so far, so no biggie there. Definitely becoming more conscious of what I consume since tracking on SparkPeople.com, what a huge help! Have been a member for 1 whole week today, but began regular exercise around the 4th of this month.
I gained a lot of weight with my pregnancy, and it's been nearly impossible to work in a healthy lifestyle since the birth of my son in March of last year, as I have been working 12 hour night shifts ever since, until January 2nd of this year, I started a new position on days, and scheduling, planning, and living have become so much easier!
Hoping to keep up the good work! Sometimes a little discouraged with a somewhat lazy partner, (my husband), but I'm stubborn enough to keep him in line!
