I am still going strong and starting to notice some changes. These changes are physical mental and all over well being. I know I have a lot to work on, but I also know I will continue to learn as I go.

I am feeling much better about things. And even though some days I find myself procrastinating I don't have to push myself as much to get up and do my workouts.

I am slowly making changes to my nutrition because it just seems to be easier for me that way. And it is working so that is good.

Another thing that seems to be very helpful it that things are going smoother around home. And that is a big thing for me.

Next week I am going to change up my workout routine and that kind of scares me but at the same time it kind of excites me. Hopefully that will work out well for me.

I am now writing out my workouts. And I have been trying to put down encouraging words next to every workout. That way on days I know I need to workout and I just don't want to there is something there that gives me a little boost and makes me more willing to do my workout. Because I know sometimes it just feels good to hear kind words even if they are coming from myself.

I have just recently gotten myself some tools to help me keep track of my progress and I had my hubby help me take some measurements. I am hoping next time I go to do them I will see a change.

Well this came out as a bunch of random thoughts. And for now I think I am done.
