I am so happy at the moment. Very motivated and now starting to see some results. I was weighing in every couple of days but have given that away knowing that muscle weight weighs more than fat. I am toning up and have shaved centimeters off my thighs. I can't tell you how happy I am about that. I put on a dress that has layering on it and around my thighs there is a band which used to be skin tight on my thighs. Now it flows like it should. I am starting to see my collar bones again which I love. I feel that my arms aren't as flabby and the love handles, although they are still there are shrinking. i am not tempted by chocolate and sweets I am happy eating my lite and easy food which is so delish. I am not sure how Im going to wean myself off. It is so easy. I don't have to think about it.
I have been doing lots of weight training which I am enjoying a lot but I think I am going to start p90x and follow it for the whole 90 days. It will be easier to do it at home in my own time.
