Put on yet another pair of pants this morning that I could not wear. So, I had to weigh in. I have surpassed my goal of 30 pounds. I am at 207 which is 32 pounds and I still have 2 days to go. Woo Hoo!!!!
I am feeling so good today. I walked 8 miles on the treadmill last night and woke up totally not sore. Worked all day today and am going to try to get in a few miles tonight. I found a show on netflix and am only allowing myself to watch it on the treadmill. It is totally a teenie bopper show that I am to old to like, so I won't embarrass myself by telling you all what it is. I kept saying one more episode yesterday ...lol!

I am feeling a little apprehensive as the finish comes into site. I am excited moving on with my healthy plans, but scared to death that bad habits will resurface or I will stop losing weight. I am prepared for the fact that I will probably bounce up a couple of pounds at first. Thinking I will be starting off with a mixture of juices, smoothies, and fresh fruits and vegetables. Oh, and have I told you guys that my husband wants to do a three day fast the second weekend of February, so I already see another short fast in my future.
You are right kim...I have been getting psyched up about some of the recipes I have found. I have been making grocery list galore. My husband saw one and said "I need a raise!" lol
