at the end of the BLC 21?
I will have met my goal of losing 18 pounds, but more importantly I will:
~have learned more about my eating habits
~be able to breathe better
~allowed the couch cushions to return to their fully inflated position
~used my DVR time to work out instead of pig out
~have had 42 gallons of water
~be enjoying a new dress size
~have more self-respect
~be enjoying a more positive outlook on life
How will I get there?
~Tracking my food consistently
~Exercising 5 days a week
~Drinking 8 glasses of water every day
~Motivating my fellow Pixies
~Being motivated by my fellow Pixies
~Being a team player
~Participate in all challenges fully
