Made the blueberry flaxseed muffins this week from the SP cookbook. (IF you don't have one you really should invest in one.) They are very good and moist. I am not a fan of fresh blueberries, but I do like them when cooked in muffins. I eat two of these each morning with my coffee and it holds me until lunch time. Try them. Very Good.
