Update 1/21 to 1/27

This past week has been really good. I am really starting to enjoy my C25K workout more and more each time (especially when I see my distance increasing!!!
). I am slowly adding more time each week to increase my endurance. I am planning on doing a Turbofire 90 day challenge starting Feb. 11 and some of the workouts are 55 minutes long! Here are my stats for the last week:
Days Exercised- 6/7
In Calorie Range- 7/7
This upcoming week I hope to continue this streak! I have been trying to stay in my calorie range daily unless it is something really worth it! But I have yet to see anything! I WANT THIS! I am now down to 154.4 , so very close to my next goal of 153. I am rewarding myself with a new workout outfit, which I have already bought and it is patiently waiting for me!! Here is my plan for the next week 1/28 to 2/3:
1. Treadmill C25K week 4 ( 2 min walk/3 min jog)- 3x a week
2. DVD (Biggest Loser or Jillian Micheals)- 3x
3. Elliptical- 2x (Minimum of 15, increase to 20)
4. WATER, WATER, WATER!!!
5. In Calorie Range 7/7 days!!
