Back Pain

Monday, January 28, 2013

Last night I went to bed pain free and feeling good. I had even planned a nice long walk for today but my body had other plans. I woke up at 12:30am to severe back pain. It took a very long time to get back to sleep because my back hurt so bad. Luckily my boyfriend woke up when I did and he gave me a back rub, helped me out of bed, and gave me some aspirin. I'm so lucky to have such a great guy! I woke up at 6:30 and still in pain but not near as bad but still in a lot of pain. It hurts to lay down, hurts to sit, hurts to move, and hurts to bend over. I really want this pain to go away :( I keep getting back pain off and on but I always have a constant light back pain when I stand or sit for long periods of time.

Overall yesterday was a good day... I transplanted my pumpkin plants into bigger pots, started a new 72 cell seed starter with new herb seeds because the other batch all of a sudden died. So here's to hoping I get fresh herbs soon! I love herbs and I've never had the chance to cook with fresh herbs before. My boyfriend started up his firepit last night with some cut wood and we roasted jumbo marshmallows... sure they aren't the healthiest thing to eat but it was a small treat to a stressful week. There's been a lot going on in my private life that has got me breaking out in acne all over my face. I have been trying my best not to overeat because of the stress and so far so good!

Sounds fun (the marshmallows, not the back pains).

I do hope they don't drag you down. The pains can be such a nudge in the wrong direction if you let them. emoticon

Sorry to hear about your back pain!! Hope you are able to get it resolved quickly.

I love a backyard fire! Nothing tastes better than a marshmallow on the fire! YUM!

    Take care of yourself!!
